Audit & Organize By Cat provides professional organizing services, including but not limited to home organizing, decluttering, move management, unpacking, downsizing, and life transition support.
All services are customized and provided based on the specific needs of each client and project.
3. Bookings and Payment Terms
All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
Pricing is determined based on the scope, size, and complexity of the project and will be discussed prior to booking.
Payment terms will be communicated during the consultation process. The Company reserves the right to require deposits, upfront payments, or full payment prior to services being rendered.
Failure to make payment as agreed may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows.
The Company also reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding the project
Ensure a safe and accessible working environment
Be present or available during scheduled services as necessary
Remove or secure any items of significant value or sensitivity prior to service
The Company shall not be responsible for items not disclosed or properly secured by the Client.
6. Donations, Disposal, and Product Recommendations
If applicable, the Company may assist with donation drop-off or disposal of items; however, the Client retains full responsibility for approving all items prior to removal.
The Company may provide product recommendations; however, the Client is responsible for all purchases unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Results Disclaimer
While the Company makes reasonable efforts to create organized and functional spaces, results are not guaranteed and depend on factors including client participation, maintenance, and lifestyle.
The Company shall not be responsible for the long-term maintenance of organizational systems unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audit & Organize By Cat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of its services or website.
The Client acknowledges that organizing services involve handling personal property and agrees that the Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement of items unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Audit & Organize By Cat and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
